Most of these files have been designed for use with the Roland D-110 synth. You should be able to use them without modification with an MT-32 as well. If you don't have either of these synths, you should set up a Device for your available drum machine or workstation, as described in the manual. Then replace the drum sounds in the Patterns with your own drum sounds by dragging the individual sound names from the new Device into the D-110 Device over the existing sound names. This will globally replace the drum sounds in the Patterns with your available drum sounds. As for the synth tracks, select the Output View and scroll the program change numericals for each track until you find something that sounds good. You should be able to get a good idea of what the demos sound like in this way.
